Mobile Terms of Service and SMS Privacy Notice
Mobile Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
NXTL ML LLC operates the Numise mobile messaging program. If you opt in, Numise may send recurring automated promotional texts about products, offers and shopping-cart reminders to the number you provide. Frequency varies. Consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase anything. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
For messages from a number that accepts replies, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. For messages from the branded sender Numise, use the unsubscribe link in the message; branded sender IDs cannot receive replies. You can also contact support@numise.com for help or to withdraw consent. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent when supported. If your number changes, withdraw consent for your old number and subscribe again with your new number.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update this program or these terms, with changes posted on this page.
SMS Privacy Notice
We process your mobile number, records of your consent and withdrawal, and interactions with our texts to deliver the program, manage preferences and document consent. Where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements, website cookies or similar technologies may identify an abandoned shopping cart so we can send reminders to SMS subscribers.
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information on our behalf solely to operate and deliver the SMS program.
Program records are retained as needed to provide the service, honor withdrawals, document consent and meet legal obligations. Contact support@numise.com to exercise privacy rights or ask about the program.
This notice supplements our general Privacy Policy at https://numise.com/de-de/pages/privacy-policy. For SMS information, these restrictions apply even if the general policy describes broader sharing.
